Our fees

Martin Halls Property Acquisitions offer a competitive fee structure which fairly reflects the services offered. For all successful acquisitions our fees are calculated on the following basis:

Purchases

• Below £250,000 our fees are 1.5% of the actual purchase price
• £250,000 to £500,000 our fees are 1.25% of the actual purchase price 
• £500,000 to £1,000,000 our fees are 1% of the actual purchase price  

For property purchases anticipated above £1,000,000 we will be pleased to agree an exclusive fee structure prior to commencement.

Our fee structure is subject to a minimum fee of £3,000

Rentals
We charge the equivalent of one months rent

Set up fees
We charge an initial fee based upon a three month search which is deducted from our final success which is calculated on the following basis:

• £500 - on purchases up to £1,000,000 and rentals up to £2,000pcm
• £750 - on purchases over £1,000,000 and rentals over £2,000pcm
