Martin Halls Property Acquisitions naturally evolved from 22 years experience in the housing market. Born in Suffolk and now residing in Essex Martin Halls began his career working for various corporate estate agencies being promoted through the ranks up to area partner level.
The desire to open his own independent estate agency practice came to fruition in 1995 and as Managing Director over the course of the next ten years successfully opened and operated five offices in the Essex area. During this busy time Martin dealt with many clients who retained him to find and acquire all types of property on their behalf. In 2005 Martin sold his interest in the estate agency business to focus on Martin Halls Property Acquisitions.
Having worked on behalf of the seller for the past two decades, Martin understands the thought process from both sides; negotiations can be predicted and huge savings can result for the buyer.
